First of all I only had a small amount of money to invest.


Yes, if they were going to be paid in full - however I didn't get that clear message from Brian Rosen.


I am thinking that maybe the Preferreds "Ks" and "Ps" will also be receiving new common stock.


Brian Rosen was rather vague in the May 24th hearing.



Plus - if the commons increase in price more than 33 times its present market price - before a R/S happens - then it will have exceeded the value of the "Ps".
