Your logic of vertical integration is a double edged sword. It cuts both ways. One of the crucial points is "critical mass" or the minimal volume that is required to have the sword cut your way.

Is $13 millions a quarter large enough volume to have enjoyed such a lucrative net profit margin of 13%? I do not know. Yet, I suspect the story was not told in its entirety.

Somehow, I dot not feel it's so easy to make such high profits margin in the apparel market. It's supposed to be cut throat competition every where, right?

By the way, is there a complete Income Statement released with the recent press release?
