I don't think they've given up on shareholders. I think they may be smart enough to know that it doesn't matter what they do these days, they're a chinese small cap stock and the stock price is going to remain depressed because of it.
Just look at the fantastic earnings report they put out. Alot of people just simply don't believe the numbers. They have no reason not to but because of the scandals of PUDA, CCME, GFRE, etc. no one wants to buy into china right now.
If you're accumulating shares at these levels I think you're going to be rewarded over the next year.
