What does the filing have to do with Cornell?

Have a drink... I think you have been drinking if you think its share price will hold if it goes to the pinks... thats not a good sign of management... which is pretty important in a turnaround stock such as this one... First it was 10 days...then it was the next week and now its not a big deal if it goes to the pinks.... yikes... I am still holding faith that it will come out tomorrow and can't imagine why its taking this long...
