I wish I could remember who and how the name Obscure Stocks was mentioned regarding SHOM. But it caused me to go to their site and post my name for e-mails...Not much of a site, mind you. No info really at all. LOL...In fact, for the outrageous price, it's Mickey Mouse. Shoot, for 1% of those shares, I could have, at least, proofed it for them....Yeah, I make mistakes all the time - but not when I'm representing a company and certainly not to the tune of what they just were paid...An 8th grader probably could have done it.

As for me, I had never heard of Obscure Stocks before. I just remember someone sharing that info and went to their site...

Well, this isn't the best news, but Obscure Stocks was paid (you ready for this) 15 million shares for their IR promotion.

I don't know about anyone else, but for a itty, bitty penny company, that is a HUGE amount of shares.

I don't know if I can post an attachment, so I'll just cut and paste...

Plus, remember they received 15 million shares and they have about 3 errors in the e-mail they sent out...I'd want a refund if I was CEO of SHOM...What I questions, is...what other firms were paid to promote this? Our board shows a fairly small float, yada yada yada..Do those numuber reflect the 15 million shares? Maybe we need to double check and correct if necessary.

Another question - Did some of those 15 million shares have anything to do with the crash and burn price-wise. Of course even they say pure profit taking caused the Crash....hmmmm

Oh - another bad tidbit - Their co. is not in the USA..They are housed in the British Virgin Islands.

So, here is it..take it for what it's worth. Right now, not as much as before the P&D.

"Fellow Investors,,

The old saying "buy the rumor, sell the news" came into play today with SHOM. Horrible market conditions on top of pure profit-taking caused the stock to go lower today.

We strongly feel that the stock will rebound here in the short term based on forecasted new developments and press we believe soon to be issued.

On Monday SHOM announced a merger wtih a network of medical clinics which have revenues of 7 million annualy! The fundamentals of this company are great and they have some very stable and lucrative cash producing businesses

All we can say at this point is that the company is in the right space at the right time, and through the recently announced merger and additional planned mergers, we feel the stock should be bought on dips and held on for the longer term.
