E-trade doesn't want UBSS in control. Little power struggle. e-trade wants to go to 9 but ubss will keep it at 8. Over this week e-trade has moved to 9 - 3 out of 4 days so far but every time ubss got control and held it at 8. e-trade will continue to put through small orders so their 21M stays in control and the other MMs follow them to 9. Watch e-trade, they are the key. 7 MMs @ 8 and 67M shares - soon they will start moving off the ask at 8 to 9 IMO we close at 9 ahead of next weeks events.
