Well hard info is hard to come by since its not a reporting company. According to the otccbb.com website which is not a sec site. The A/S 500 mil with the O/S being 344 mil. Of course no one knows who owns the shares. Plus I was mistaken there is a convertible note listed against the stock according to Bender's(non-sec) fins. Of course he doesn't identify who it is. For all we know he loaned the company money and is paying himself back with his own c/d note using shares sold on the open market that he considers part of his salary...
