Keep in mind that another lithium company announced land and its PPS has been falling since. Like I mentioned in another post - I was more excited about the information contained in the PDF found by wangdo than I was the PR.
I would like to think the PDF caught them off guard and the PR was a reactionary thought because of the DD. IMO we will likely see a much better, planned, PR to start next week.
in actuality i believe this PR was a forced "Short Version" of what was intended to be released as the DD on the board would have caused a big stir if no PR.
there's a great deal of information yet to come from this PR, that's why many complained yesterday about the details...i don't think they wanted to waste a PR going into a notorious slow time in the penny market being Memorial Weekend.
