As to your question, small sell trade volume of 100 shares does not mean much. The volume with this stock can be very low for most of the day and then jump at the end of the day.
I believe most here have taken a hit of PPS, but this stock should rebound. Part of the problem with the reduced revenue is last year JGBO had a Q with limited drug production, because they had to get recertified. We observed a jump in revenues last year this Q. Thus, the 9 month running revenues are a better judgement of income, which appears to be flat.
