YOU got part of it right,but you do need skills to sell and get the best possible deal. This is business its not life an death maybe for katx, but ken won't die he will live to fight another day, yes sometimes you might have to throw in grand maw in the deal to make it work.And you better have something good for the financiers there not charity group.SO to get to my point there is something special an skills or needed to get financing. unless your point was to just diluted share when you said there's nothing special about getting financing.Sorry if I misunderstood you. oh sorry about the chicken egg thing I wasn't thinking about your Allis being rubber duck should have use duck an egg.lol
