Right, but I am talking about just getting the restricted certificate from TDA to myself. I am not talking about the TA removing the restriction yet.

I don't think it should take that long for the TA to "break" the bulk shares and send it back to TDA and then to me so I can then send the certificate back to the TA to get my certificate free-trading.

Also, are you saying that the bulk shares for ACLY have restricted AND free-trading shares in one certificate? I was thinking that they were for restricted shares only.
