Drago, But unless you are an insider or have some special insight, why do you think it is funny that there may be a settlement with Tmob and waiting for the state case because nothing has been published in a SEC or PR document. I do not consider anyone's comments on these boards unless there is some official, documented proof. I would others to think and behave in the same manner. No one should ever make a buying/selling decision of a stock based on what they read on one of these boards.
