I order a lot of stuff online myself these days. I can honestly say that it is not uncommon for a company to take a day or two to ship. They also tell you on the site that the item will ship in one or two days. They've been open for business for less than a week, I think they are doing just fine.

LOL your funny, I've ordered from ebay and amazon many times many many times and even they at times have taking as long as 2 days to ship an item and then it took another 5-7 days to get it. SFIO is doing fine for a product and site that just launched on monday.
