But then again it's going to take a minimum of 2-3 years before PM even has a product - Which will in turn cut away at their own tobacco sales.

I think them buying the rights to the technology is them holding it until the eCig industry is large enough that they are ready to release it.

Yes I would have to agree. In alot of ways I would think this product would be better than the PM patent. The only thing that bothers me is research shows that that method gets the highest level of nicotene in the system.

The good news for SFIO: their EU patent is almost in stone. Other good news: their US patent application will receive priority based on the EU patent (once its granted). Further good news: the SFIO e-cig is so much cooler than an aerosol product, IMO.

The question: has anyone found this aerosol patent that PM bought? I'd like to compare it to SFIO's.
