Its the government and the coruption you have to protect your assets from so keeping things close to your chest is the best way. They are not that backward that they cant GOOGLE the internet as well. The rich are very rich and the poor are very poor and the government like to keep it that way. I would liken it to bonded warehousing. you dont pay anything (tax) untill you take it out. Look, you dont put all the ingreedients in to the bowl and bake a cake untill you are ready to eat it. The problem I see is people want the cake NOW, well mama said dont be greedy and wait till Im ready.
