Sorry about the late reply, busy around the house this morning trying to get ready for a lot of company tomorrow. I still own SPGLA and have added as it went down, I don't understand them not filing but they did state they weren't going to until they sold the credit card business.
To be honest I expected news before now or at least a filing but I guess the lackluster performance of our economy has kept anyone from seriously thinking about buying a CC business that is full of problems. They may have to take a complete writeoff of the CC business.
On the bright side their storefronts on Yahoo are doing well. I will continue to hold (and add)as I don't think any hint of bankruptcy is looming. Time will tell.
