Just some updates for you.

The medical deal is going to be finalized soon, probably within 7-10 days, there will be other investors together with PHI Group investing in this deal. PHI Group will have official news soon.

Henry will be in Vietnam this week together with auditors for PHILand Ranch's audited report. LUR Certificate for Pointe91 may be secured this week or next week.

PHI Group will have official news for PHI Energy about the closing of deal coal with Indonesia partner within this week, either Tuesday or Thursday.
