The market and $0.000's pps seems to disagree with your feelings of evaluation. Please supply the financials, or, independent 3rd party links to support your feelings. EXPO has not provided reliability in the past and not trusted without proof. That proof has been promised in various forms since 2009 and STILL not delivered. Pretty hard to overcome, huh?!

The company is way undervalued

Being as this is stated as an accepted, concrete fact and being presented to the public as though the information exists somewhere in an unbiased, vetted archive such as a publicly referencable site like EDGAR or in an Expo financial filing, could you please provide a link to the truthful information backing this statement you have represented as a 100% valid fact? Expo Holdings has represented itself as a company with a NEGATIVE net worth. Meaning by the company's own financial statements, the shares of the company were 100% WORTHLESS at the end of 2009 and the company (outside of any highly speculative and weakly implied "goodwill") worthless as well. The company has strongly implied the 2010 financials will be a disaster even in comparison to the massive relative loss sustained in 2009. I have estimated this loss using real time data provided by the company to be at or exceeding $800K for 2010. There is a UCC lien on much if not all of the equipment owned by Expo Holdings. By their own admission, the company is OVERVALUED at any positive number shown by their stock. In fact, I have estimated using the available data a net value for Expo Holdings of a negative (.000284) of a cent.

All known data and all valid opinion including the company principals and their accountants show that to state Expo Holdings has a positive net value at all would be a complete prevarication of the highest and most disengenuous and calculated nature. I continue to maintain that the company financial filings are accurate, but I await your discovery and link(s) to the information which obviously proves as you clearly imply and represent by that implication, that Expo Holdings has lied in a sworn statement about their own financials. IMHO.
