cvsl S/S increase an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation increasing the shares of authorized common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, from 200,000,000 to 500,000,000 and authorizing 490,000,000 shares of common stock and 10,000,000 shares of “blank check” preferred stock, par value $0.0001 per share;
(iv) an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation changing our name to Computer Vision Systems Laboratories Corp; and
