It doesn't "show that he's not going to be buying this one" that's not what it's about, it's not about who is he buying out. It's about the direction the industry as a whole is going in. NO Philip Morris bought the patent for NICOTINE DELIVERY!!!!! we have the patent for SMOKELESS/VAPORLESS NICOTINE DELIVERY which they would want because of all the somking bans because they'd want to maximize profits. But I'm not pumping buyout rumors now I'm just saying.
