The Casino is up and running, They pulled the plug on KENS and need to rebuild the site, Kiosk system is running in the Sosua casino and one trip winner posted that he seen it in action.

January 6, 2011:

CGAQ announced today that it has taken over 100% of its live video gaming. Since its original announcement of the joint venture, the former CEO of Kenilworth has unfortunately passed. The ideals of the joint venture have changed since. In fact, the outstanding balance due to CGAQ from Kenilworth has forced CGAQ to disband the former agreement.

I know of another penny stock (BF**) that has waited for their system to be up for 6 months. What no profits yet?

February 22, 2011:

Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ), A certification has been issued from the finance department and casino commission of the Dominican Republic in which grants Alheli, S.R.L, subsidiary of CGAQ, rights for manufacturing and importing the Kiosks named Gamebase ®. With this certification the company can open a manufacturing/assembly plant in the Dominican Republic and with the DR-CAFT (Free trade agreement with USA, Central America and Dominican Republic) export the units to any of these countries with no or very low customs taxes. The company also announces its 50/50 Joint Venture with Global Gaming Labs, S. A. (GGL), proprietors of software that operates the Kiosk for the Gamebase ® project.

What? CGAQ has the rights to build, how come the kiosks are not built yet? CGAQ can't get a manufacturing plant up & running in 3 months and no profits yet?

Now we know CGAQ went into partnership with GGL and in a press release on 03/14/2011 announced the new models. The old one is pictured on the Facebook site along with the newer ones. Heck its only 2 1/2 months old and some people expect a profit? Besides the model they have working, monies collected would be under the SLOTS in 1 quarter report, because it’s still a slot machine, a fancy one at that. I think they will not break it out into a separate category until they are used in the Lotto, when the kiosks are use to collect lottery monies. Also with the OTB, seperate catagory. What no profits yet?

March 18, 2011:

On Saturday Mr. Steven Swank, CEO of CGAQ, will be traveling to Costa Rica to meet with joint venture partner GGL and investors interested in the Gamebase ® project. This project has opened the curiosity of many companies and investors who want to take this project global.

That should answer where the capital is coming from and CGAQ is under NO oblation to give us the info on the investor. What no profit yet?

On March 30, 2011 CGAQ announced:

joint venture partner GGL and new investor group will meet up with government officials of the Dominican Republic today, Thursday and Friday, to discuss deals on Kiosk project and 4th acquisition.

March 30th and no profits yet?

May 2, 2011:

Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ). On Tuesday, after some delays CGAQ expects the first letter of approval from the government of the Dominican Republic regarding the 4th acquisition. This deal consists of the lease with an option to buy, El HIPODROMO QUINTO CENTENARIO, the only horse race track in the country which is currently owned and operated by the government (there are no other horse race tracks in the country).

May 9, 2011:

Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ), because of a series of events that have taken place in the past two weeks, which have caused some controversy; CEO Steven Swank has made arrangements to renegotiate the terms on the final contract involving the Hipodromo V Centenario. At the moment heavy pressure has been leveled on the horse track officials from the press because of all the problems, including the death of a jockey, which was a product of inadequate maintenance of the track and the absence of emergency health units at the facility. Horse owners association, members of the press, and other groups of interest have expressed their discontent with current operations. All this has brought new tools of negotiation for the company to its benefit.

May 23, 2011:

Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp. (PINKSHEETS: CGAQ) A formal offer has been made in the form of a thirty page bound book, outlining our intent, and our offer to lease and purchase. Protocol prevails in this type of lease or sale; however, to our knowledge as per the commissioner himself, we are the only bidder. The horse racing commission is currently surveying the property and other legal documents in order to proceed. CGAQ has received its formal receipt of acceptance, via a signed and stamped letter, by the president and vice president of the horse racing commission. This acceptance recognizes the offer, and starts the process to lease. A separate agency handles the sale, and we are working with them to comply with all formalities and legal procedures. We intend to purchase, if they accept our offer. This is not some hokey process that can be done over night, by making some clandestine deal. We are following all the rules in order to avoid any illegality that could jeopardize the validness of the contract. There may be additional bidders, but we feel confident that our proposal will prevail. Everything being done is following Dominican law.

What can’t read a signed letter, I can’t do DD on DR. laws, I need my PI to investigate this, I need to find out what the word “IS” is and WHAT NO PROFITS YET!
