If you "know the company didn't issue them" that would be insider information, NOT available to anyone but you!

So you are stating as fact in public that no insiders or associates of TM/BCIT did NOT issue shares and that TM did NOT have any association or knowledge of the aforementioned?? If not, you may want to retract.

Considering the fact that TM took responsibility for all those shares per filings and refuses to address that issue among others, and would rather have this revoked should cast more than a little doubt towards your claim.
