Smokers Option does not heat up.

E-Cigs will soon be under same regulations as other tobacco products, which means no flavors except tobacco or menthol.

Flavors could work for smokers option though, considering it is not a tobacco product.

Smokers Option does not heat up, they are not electronic. They are basically a long filter wrapped in cigarette paper. In the center of it is a strip of what looks like nylon, which I think contains the flavor. you drag on it and air goes through it and you inhale flavored air.
