I completely agree. The problem I have is that those who have been kicked are not walking away from the horse. They are still behind it, yelling and poking it with a stick, seemingly trying to be kicked again. If the horse has kicked only certain people, it may be that those people's approach could be the issue. Maybe showing a little confidence in the horse and giving it an apple or two rather than continuing to poke and berate it would make a difference. All my opinion of course, but I do have experience, both in finicky horses and in finicky stocks.
