in my experience, i can go buy shares now...anyone can buy the new shares....but 3 days, before old shares get converted into new shares and then can be traded...
so these shares are coming from someone who has new shares...the company itself or market makers....
anyone can throw in their opinion here....maybe i have my facts mixed up....
