a few months there were all kinds of articles about APCX being one of the great Stocks of 2011.

Those were penny stock pump emailers. IMO, if this had great potential, the company would be able to sell restricted shares to "investors". These investors would have more insight into what is going on and the "potential". This isn't happening here. Very few restricted shares have been issued.

The run to .0023 happened on half the current float/OS. It's much harder to move now.
