8 million is a very low volume for a sub-penny Buddhasib. it amounts to less than 40,000 worth of shares traded... thats pretty low. also theRe are flippers and day traders and shorters in the club-- no i dont think JR and co. are selling even a single share at sub penny levels--if that is your fear

the flippers/traders are the ones who are flipping constantly
that is why I said 4's are bottom and will bounce back
it did and as soon as it touched 6, it went back down
now the scenario is starting all over again
if we have no news or new update from someone, then this will touck 4's and the whole thing will start again
