Oiljob, your not missing a thing about Treaty and I appreciate your insight and DD. There is risk here as many tend to point out all too often. They have a tendency to imply these risks as "failure before the attempt". In my opinion some here are just about Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt i.e. FUD. I question if all responses are from Treaty shareholders.
