It's just rules. Has nothing to do with RP. Yield sign, dark for 3 1/2 yrs. Anyone can trade it; Buy or sell without any problems. Just not online trading until yield is removed. Spoke to TDA 2 weeks ago when I bought some more. TDA does this with many OTC and Pinks. Not an issue to me, call give them my order it gets filled, NO PROBLEM and the same online commission price applies.
