I can't find anything pertaining to the A/S going to 30 billion. This was all I could find:

2,997,935,294 common shares outstanding, $0.001 par value, as of May 23, 2011


So cut and paste this info you are claiming. IF this is true, then the stock will be dead as the OS will climb to max out to the A/S even with a merger.

If you are lying which I think you are, then shame on you. You should really leave and not come back. If you are telling the truth, I appreciate it and will be selling everything I have this month. But you need to post PROOF.

I even checked with the State of Nevada and it still shows 3 bil A/S. See below:
