I am sure this idea will be considered way out there by many. But here it goes.

WG has the right to first refusal. If there is or was a bidding war going on? We all know at some point a bidding war has to end and if you'll notice WG has based it business on EESO's products and probably would not want some other company owning the formulas to their products.

So IMO all WG has to do is match the highest bid. The WG business may not have the funds to be the last bidder standing, but there are a couple of members of the BOD that may.

You must admit there has been plenty of time for something to have been going on in the background.

Yeah, the way they were carrying on about WG in the begining, it should be a household name by now. Kind of like Herbalife, Amway, Avon, & Mary Kay.
