I agree with you 100 percent. I'm getting some folks who are complaining about Marcus not picking up the phone and spilling a bunch of insider stuff. My response to you was probably more of a response to those other comments I've been getting.
I believe that the reason for the delay in giving us an update is because Marcus wants to be able to say more than "we're not done yet". I think he wants to give an update with more meat, and something's holding it up.
