The initial "fraud" was the early attempt to fool forum members by posing as someone constructive on the company, all the way down to the choice of alias, while already having established a large short position.

The ongoing "fraud" is the hundreds of self-serving negative posts attempting to tear down this company and depress share price in support of that large short position.

Thanks for the reply. I just don't see much downside risk for the stock short-term, and I thought perhaps you saw the same thing.
