From looking at the numbers and comparing them to the numbers in 10k for 2009 (filed in march 2010) the numbers look exactly the same. So dont think this was the new filing or anything, it appears more like Yahoo just added link/info to the new symbol for ccme.

Also don't see any new filings with SEC with today's date.
