Good morning Admiral Lagrange and everyone here-- I wish to thank you for all the info/DD you've provided; truly it enables the investors to get a clearer picture of their company; I/we appreciate your efforts and kindness Admiral Lagrange; after all you are not obliged to answer any questions here.
From the info youve provided today coupled with the DD and posts of several other members who are long in BRZL, especially that of Raymond today which nicely oulines the ORDER OF EVENTS--- which are briefly as follows( pls read them-- for this is where our company stands today ):


1) Mr. James Renfro has been in the oil and gas industry for over 25 years. He is the Managing Member of Petroleum Capital, LLC, which operates approximately 175 wells, with 144 in Louisiana, 1 in Oklahoma, and 30 in Texas.

2) Renfro Holding was created to manage the assets of Petroleum

3) Renfro puchased BRZL shell to bring the above assets into

Isn't it crystal clear from all this that the merger is over and its now formalities that have to be completed before any PR can be relaesed-- IMO it would be unproductive to keep gaping at the PC screens to look for a PR -- which will take its time. I do wish to congratulate ones who are holdin this for the longer run-- for IMO this is going to be 10 cents( on its way higher) in a matter of NOT TOO LONG A TIME-- this is purely my OWN ASSUMPTION AND OPINION. pls follow what your dd tells you.. and yes this is a REAL COMPANY -- and one that demands a thorough dd.

Wouldn't it make sense to announce when things have been sent off to FINRA and status update up til then or else a status report by now as to what the hold up is? Like pro trader? said, transparency and so on and from what has been PR'd til now and where we stand: a company update seems well in order.
