You really should quit stating that a PR will come out Tuesday b/c when it doesn't you could hurt the PPS.
Thats all you've been saying and saying it like its fact. I really don't believe a PR will come Tuesday nor do I think that you could possibly predict it.
The PR will come out when everything they are working on comes to fruitation and they don't have to add fluff. The fluff is a waste of time.
Hang tight and be patient its coming soon but not as soon as we all may want IMO
