The next big news event will more than likely be a filing outlining how they plan to sell stock into the market for years to come. The SLMU stock will be going through a distribution phase for some time, as it increases its share base, there are too few avenues for a penny stock to get funds. They sell stock, that is the definition of a penny stock.
