Lemme Clarify, Institutions, and Big Block Owners are buying and adding. Up almost 50% from 5-12. Not Insiders. I consider than the same. When I see 5 New Big block Holders I consider it insiders.

Also Institutions are up considerably as well. Posted all the pic's the other day showing the increase.
