MDGC: So how did you find it originally? Since the vehicle has been pulled from the auction (as of yesterday as you stated) and you state that is has been advertised since May 17th, why did you wait so long before posting such a valuable piece of DD?

I found it when doing a google image search for Val Westergard. The notice of public sale was shown as active when I posted it (and as of this posting it is still shown as active).

I learned from the Idaho State Tax Commission that Val Westergad's Suburban had been advertised since 5/17/11. The man I spoke with said they are only allowed to advertise seized vehicles for 10 days before the auction. He is the one who told me that it was removed from the auction yesterday. I spoke to him after making my post. I then posted an update:
