That's actually how I became aware of the stock. I got the first email from Obscure stocks and deleted it because I don't normally pay attention to those kinds of emails. But then I got another one and read it. Deleted it. Got another one! Read it and decided to look into the company and liked it. The disclaimer on the bottom is normal, totally typical. Every investment service, from the email pumps to fool.com and everyone else has that disclaimer saying you could lose 100% of your investment. I think even brokers have a similar disclaimer when you are registering. Even the investment books I read say that in the introduction somewhere. It's just legalese cause it's true no matter what you invest in, because you just know if it wasn't there some fool would sue for their investment losses.
