So anybody buying from 1989 until Feb. 02,2011 is screwed.

Even if they bought at .0001. (pre R/S)

Breakeven:

.0001 = 40 million market cap
.0002 = 80 million market cap
.0003 = 120 million
.0004 = 160 million
.0005 = 200 million

AND

These are all shares bought within the last year.

Still Davis is silent.

2 billion should have extinguished the convertible debt.
