Well, the idea is to certainly buy it as low as you can. One thing I would never do is place an order at the bid and sit for their for days/weeks hoping for a fill.
That happens A LOT in todays market. That is one of the biggest reasons why these stocks have a hard time building up a head of steam. You can not buy a stock down, and hope for it to go up.
