just like any other penny stock I think it is worth spending small money on this one. as much as we like to see GELV come out with some good news, the management/CEO would love to announce good news. and i do think they are looking every possible means to grow. may be it is for reason they moved to Hawaii where clean energy goal is "to achieve 70% clean energy by 2030 with 30% from efficiency measures, and 40% coming from locally generated renewable sources."
