No shell is identical - at least not that I've seen. Every shell has pros and cons. The point is that even shells with loads of pros and few cons join their less attractive colleagues in the stock shell graveyard that the OTC developed since the start of the recession in 2008. Perhaps the CGSY shell will break the mold; but I doubt it.
