I haven't heard anything like that out of JR. Everything has been about getting the audits squared away with the LDNR. If you don't have a permit to drill, you can't drill. JR has been a wildcat driller most of his adult life. Wildcatters aren't known for their good paperwork. The Camrron Meadows/Land company deal elevated him to a new level and people expect more out of him now.
