B, I based that on past experience. I have followed a couple of pinkies from sec litigation, to court hearings, to jail. I would say that I have as much experience in pink litigation as most. The wheels grind slowly and decisions after numerous motions.

yes you are right BRUCE but unfortunately for JoeC we do have Jeffs deposition to read and study.... notice i said unfortunately for JoeC? 1)there went JoeC out the door....clean hands? JoeC would be walking into court with very dirty hands....and dont you think that weighs very heavy on any ruling??? 2)Josh has been deposed.... so must not be good for JoeC... or he would have leaked that also....Josh deposition probably helps Jeffs defense... 3)lawyers are also looking at the case "with a grain of thought" how do lawyers get paid, considering judge gave nod or wave of approval to DILUTE but JoeC is stuck and cant sell legally... 4) JoeC is about slow down tactic, while Jeff is about speedy truthful decision... 5) Deans deposition? did that happen? 6) and decision THURSDAY? BASICALLY 72 hours how does judge do that?
