#23216 RE: Pockets #23210

We will see what the disclosure says, but there has been speculation that HNS Fund Co will be the 'investment' portion of HNSS. This investment firm is a company firm and deals strictly with company investments. If the firm does well, then more money will likely be given to the firm all the while profiting from these investments and funding HNSS's growth.

If HNSS has outstanding shares between 100 million and 150 million shares, then it is safe to say that the O/S is very respectable and that it can provide enough liquidity for the stock. Decrease the O/S much beyond this will negatively influence the potential liquidity of HNSS. I think growing the company will be a better use of company funds rather than buying back stock.

Do you ever have anything good to say about HNSS? The company has made significant improvement in 2011 alone and all you do state why they aren't do things the way you see fit.

Remember, the company comes first before investors.
