David, agree exposure makes huge difference, but i hate sites that talk more on technical breakout than fundamental breakout. Technical breakout don't last long unless there is fundamental value to support the situation. Most of these sites are only traders who move in and out of stocks based on momentum and technicals. It's better to have more fundamentals strong hands than pumper/dumper sites that tout about stock one week and next week they short it.
I have bought this stock 100% on fundamentals, technicals do make difference and i have spent countless hours on charting before in last 5 years and came pretty good on predictions, however i give 90% credit to fundamental moves that last long than technical bbreakouts which are more momentum games
There is no doubt this stock is pathetcially undervalued and should trade atleast in 0.2 range based on projectsions..
