That's the way I feel. Like, if they wait until every lousy condition becomes "perfect", they may never give the OK for IPO "go". Meanwhile, the company's waiting time, is kind of "free", and on EBIG's back so to speak. These hold ups both cost EBIG dearly, and leave everybody unhappy and waiting, including EBIG itself. There has to be a point where you finally give the child a spoon, and let him eat by himself. If these educational schools are such a growing thing, for helping the Chinese population achieve their middle class "rise" lately, then how can they go wrong? Tsingda and Wonder have been reporting excellent growth, enrollment, profits, etc........Is most of this reporting a lie? They should be thrilled at the prospect of going public, and seeing their newfound stock go "through the roof", based on the growth they have boasted. Really, if they wait too long(say for years still), the time window of China's growth burst, may change. Who can predict catastrophic drought, earthquakes, wars, etc.?
