Experience suggests to me that whoever is using AUTO as a MM is short this stock.

Experience tells me you are wrong. I see AUTO at upper bid support with over 200K and on the ask above the last sale for 50K. Shorts will sell at the bid hoping to cause a panic sell-off. AUTO is long as far as I can see.

Now AUTO just raised the bid, he's definitely not short.
